OUR PROCESS

  • Step 1.

    We begin with a few questions so that we may get acquainted with your project before we even step foot in your home.

    1.  This allows us to become knowledgeable about your project as a whole. We are able to immediately address if the work is within our scope of services and more efficiently identify needs unique to your home and situation. 

    2. Many times we are able to give an initial rough estimate and discuss the project timeline over the phone or email.  When clients take time out of their busy schedules to meet, they can be confident that we are on the same budgetary and timeline page.

  • Step 2

    After you respond to the initial questions pertaining to your project, one of our project managers will review the job and will get back to you with a rough estimate of a budget and timeline to start.

  • Step 3

    Step 3. If you would like to move forward at this point or if we need more information we will schedule an in-person appointment to view and discuss your project further.  

    After visiting your home and discussing your vision we will provide a quote for you to review before deciding if you would like to go to contract and secure a spot on our calendar.
